Tras ver tu última entrada en la discusión, ahora sí que creo que puedes poner "introducción principal". Como título inicial, no habría quedado bien, pero ahora, al ver que hay una "introducción" (que tal vez se podría traducir como "Contenido", que explica el contenido, tiene más sentido "introducción principal".
