las palabras le salían a borbotones, en un susurro..


Explanation:
Dependerá, lógicamente, del destinatario, si "borbotones" sirve, pero en Argentina, al menos, solemos decir que las palabras nos salen a borbotones, cuando hablamos rápido, queremos decir muchas cosas, y hasta parece un balbuceo... Suerte!
