No creo que el sarcasmo sea amable, dulce, bondadoso; son adjetivos que pueden quedar para el humor y a veces, incluso la burla. Y good-natured bien puede traducirse como divertido, de buen humor, liegero.
Sobre la frase completa, como soy enemiga del doble infinitivo, sugeriría algo así como, imposible pasar por alto su sarcasmo divertido.
