normalmente decimos que la ropa se vuelve amarillenta debido al sudor. Esto es claro si la ropa es de un color claro.... no serviría en el caso que la camisa fuera negra...

Debería decirse que si esto suena poco común en español, suena así en inglés, también. :-)
