"From on top of a unicycle, a he is riding; he serves up a Sleezeball that he has been hiding".

Is it American slang. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Sleezebag es un slang similar a scumbag...
Esa sería en definitiva una traducción directa.
Pero el que se trate de un libro de Tenis me hace pensar en una especie de servicio con nombre propio como las bolas lentas del beisball

A lo mejor se trata de una deformación humorística de "slice ball", que es un golpe usado en el tenis. Es lo único que se me ocurre.
