Explanation:
Restraint también quiere decir ¨a means of or device for restraining, as a harness for the body¨, por eso yo optaría por dejarlo como ¨ligaduras¨o en este caso como están utilizando esposas simplemente esposas.
Lo del ¨third¨en español se me hace un tanto pesado decir una tercera restricción, como que no queda tan bien como en inglés por eso lo he cambiado por "una restricción más¨. Pero déjalo si te suena bien a ti.

Explanation:
Igual me equivoco, pero entiendo que como restricción le coge primero una muñeca y luego otra (dos) y el tercer impedimento serían los grilletes/esposas que le coloca.
