La güera Ellen, Ellen la güera.


Explanation:
Sorry for the colleagues, but there is a colloquial mexican Spanish for that: güero or güera. It also means blond.

Second option: A güero (me, for instance), can be fair-skinned and dark-haired, yes. Quite complicated in Mexico: a güera (natural blond haired) is automatically fair-skinned. And the we say: she's "güera, güera".

Asker: Right, but does güera apply only to fair-skinned AND blond (as implied by another discussion board) or does it apply as well to fair-skinned and dark-haired?

No vivo en México pero conocía el término "güero/a" con el significado que le atribuye la RAE aunque coincido en que se aplica a toda persona de aspecto europeo del norte.
Me pregunto si en México se usa "carapálida", como en Argentina y otros países, ciertamente Cuba, con el mismo sentido:
