Explanation:
Se refiere a que Edouard es un manta como diseñador, más malo que la peste (o eso dicen de él a sus espaldas).

Por cierto que la traducción sugerida para la parte final no tiene sentido con la frase en inglés, sería más bien:

"... podría diseñarte algo mejor incluso muerto."
