Hola,
En este texto la chica le intenta explicar al chico que él produce el efecto contrario a lo que sucede normalmente y le llama "backward". Él se enfada, claro, ya que backward también significa "retrasado". Me parece casi imposible buscar una palabra que pueda englobar ambos significados. ¿A alguien se le ocurre?

No veo indicacion de que se le llame retrasado o retardado. Me parece simplemente "al reves". Me parece suficiente que se le diga a alguien que son al reves para que se incomode o enfade.
