I can't find Jack Prelutsky's bicycle poem in Spanish on the Internet, nor any sign of a Spanish edition. However, while looking for it I did find this, which has something of the same appeal. It's from a blog on children's literature (with a link to Prelutsky's website, by the way), and this part is about a book called El Pampinoplas, by Carmen Armijo:
«La bicicleta salió algo original, pero andaba que se las pelaba. Me refiero sobre todo a cuando iba cuesta abajo.
—¡No vayas tan deprisa, Poliche, y tira de la cuerda hacia la derecha! —gritaba el abuelo, que iba sentado en la parte de atrás.
El abuelo y Poliche habían trabajado mucho para hacer la bicicleta. Todo salió a la primera, menos algunas menudencias: por ejemplo los pedales, que en vez de menear las ruedas meneaban el asiento arriba y abajo, arriba y abajo. Poliche se había pasado horas pedalea que te pedalea subiendo y bajando, subiendo y bajando.
—Te vas a marear —decía el abuelo—; quita, quita que lo voy a arreglar.
Y don Agapito, después de pensarlo mucho, decidió suprimir las dos cosas: los pedales y el asiento.»
