fatiga inmovilizante/ fatiga incapacitante
Explanation:
Leaden paralysis, unlike cerebral paralysis for example, is a symptom, not a disease or a condition in itself. Since none of us have been able to find a direct translation, it seems a description of the condition would be the most correct translation. It is not a true case of paralysis in the sense of the inablility to move, so using the term paralysis in the description may be misleading.

Thanks for your suggestion and thanks also to all the others who contributed. This was a hard one!!

Explanation:
lead-intoxication may cause psychiatric symptoms, this is what your text is about.
If you want to be correct, anyway, you will have to translate "leaden" (...de plomo) in some way, it is clinically important.
Good work!

falsa parálisis

Explanation:
He encontrado un tipo de parálisis asociada a la depresión que también describe una sensación de fatiga. Lo malo es que no es un glosario, pero puedes considerar otra opción más "de emergencia", si lo crees conveniente.
