No obstante que el Webster traduce clutter como desorden o confusión, en textos de psicologia no de utiliza generalmente el termino desorden, sino más bién, trastorno. Y existe un sindrome o trastorno llamado confusión crónica.

agree  Hélène Lévesque: Así es. esto de "desorden" es un literalismo. Por otra parte, por haberlo experimentado, opino que "confusión crónica" es la manera más atinada de describirlo.

disagree  Irina Dicovsky: Acá no se trata de traducir la palabra clutter, sino de saber como se denomina una patología. La confusión es un aspecto psicopatológico totalmente distinto relacionado con el nivel de consciencia (que está aquí totalmente preservado).
