Particularmente, me tocó trabajar con el área de psiquiatría en varias oportunidades y con las distintas Rating Scales. En aquella oportunidad,usé puntos de anclaje, pero la alternativa de puntos de referencia, me parece buena.

hola maría,

no creo que se trate de un término relativo a la psicología sino a la forma de puntuar el test. simplemente los llamaría puntos fijos o marcas o algún otro término similar, ya que anclas o anclajes parecería muy rebuscado en castellano.

Parece que se trata de un término especializado. A continuación te mando un par de referencias una en inglés y otra en castellano. Ambas son de universidades.

El texto en inglés da idea de lo que en sí es un "anclaje"; una especie de contexto que influirá en la respuesta a las preguntas del test:

As you walk down a supermarket aisle, you pass an end-of-aisle display of canned tomato
soup. There is a sign on the display that says “Limit 12 per customer.” Would such a sign
possibly influence the number of cans that you would buy? Would you buy more cans than if the
sign said “No limit per customer?” Our intuitions say no, but empirical evidence says that
purchase behaviors are influenced by such a sign (Wansink, Kent and Hoch, 1998). Consider
another example: A wheel of fortune is spun and stops at the number 65. You are then asked if
the percentage of African countries in the United Nations is above or below that number. Could
this exercise actually influence your estimate of the percentage? Although it may seem unlikely,
the evidence is that such anchors have an effect: In fact, groups who received larger numbers
determined by a wheel of fortune gave higher estimates than groups who received lower numbers,
demonstrating that irrelevant anchors influenced these estimates (Tversky & Kahneman, 1974).

Conducta hacia la seguridad del trabajador. Virtualmente todos los estudios sobre seguridad consideran de algún modo esta variable, a la que se ha atribuido una importancia central en muchos de ellos. Fue medida mediante el cuestionario de Conducta hacia la seguridad CHS3/12, formada por 12 items con cinco anclajes que abordan contenidos relativos a la conducta de seguridad específica del trabajador, como orden, cumplimiento de normas, rapidez en la tarea, uso de herramienta o maquinaria defectuosa, etc. Presenta un alfa igual a 0'75.

No sé, María, pero tras leer el texto varias veces, me \"falta algo\" antes de \"This is consistent\" para que el texto tenga sentido. Lo entendería si pusiera \"If / When this is consistent...... the interviewer should.... and when uncertain....\" (Tal vez tenga yo la mente bloqueada y por eso no encuentro el sentido, perdona)

Así pues se trata de cómo puntuar una prueba para evaluar una depresión. Hay conexiones entre los puntos pares :0 -2- 4 y 6. Cuando no hay certeza, se puntúa con 1, 3 ó 5 y valorando teniendo en cuenta el resultado / las consecuencias más graves.
Al menos así lo entiendo (pero este no es mi día, sin duda :-) )
