Spanish translation:préstamos imparciales para vivienda

Explanation:
I run a mortgage company here in the States.

I usually see the "Equal Housing Lender" left in English, right under that little logo of a house that is always used, but when it is translated it's: "préstamos imparciales para vivienda"

The one that gets translated more often is the "Federal Fair Housing Act" as: Ley Federal de Equidad de Vivienda.

Oh, and yeah... Miembro FDIC.

BTW, some banks say: "Igualdad en Préstamos para la Vivienda"... but this doesn't communicate as well, to me at least.
