vivienda unifamiliar


Explanation:
Según la definición de la Wikipedia "multiple identical or nearly-identical homes are built on a tract of land which is subdivided into individual lots", yo creo que se refiere a una urbanización de viviendas unifamiliares aisladas, es decir, una casa junto a la otra pero sin llegar a juntarse, con lo que cada una tiene su parcela de terreno alrededor.
