Necesito ayuda con ***bear*** y ***bearings*** en la siguiente frase:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section (....); thence South 89º 34'01'' West, along the South line of said Section (...). The Southline of Section (...) is assumed to ***bear*** South 89º 34'01'' West and all other ***bearings*** are relative thereto.
