English term or phrase: Reven Real Estate

Hi,

I'm translating "Tips for Homeowners" by the Records Department of PA and came across the term REVEN in the phrase "Reven Real Estate," which I'm starting to believe it's a typo as I cannot find its translation nor its definition anywhere. The full sentence is "NOTIFY THE BOARD OF REVISION OF TAXES AND REVEN REAL ESTATE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS" and so far I have: "SI USTED CAMBIA SU DIRECCIÓN DE CORRESPONDENCIA, NOTIFÍQUELO AL CONSEJO DE REVISIÓN DE IMPUESTOS Y AL ***" .. Is there something I'm misunderstanding or could it be a typo and the right word is REVENUE? which doesn't make much sense either (Ingresos por Bienes Inmuebles?).

Any help will be highly appreciated!
