Explanation:
Si es un error tipografico. Si fuese seller's estaria hablando de un solo vendedor y justo despues de "seller's" estaria el sustantivo que justificaria el uso del apostrofe de posesion. Otra cosa que note fue "effecting", creo que ese es otro error y en lugar deberia ser "affecting"
