English term or phrase: unseen God
"We believe in the unseen God."

What would be the best way to express "unseen" here? "No visto?" "invisible?" Certain biblical passages speak of the "unknown God," which is translated in Spanish as "el Dios no conocido," which led me to translate it as "no visto," but I'm not sure. Thanks, all!

el Dios nunca visto.

Explanation:

\"We believe in the unseen God.\" = creemos en el Dios nunca visto

Invisto?
