In John 20 verse 29, Jesus said, "Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed". Faith resting on seeing, needs to continue to see ***to keep it going***. A seeing kind of faith soon withers. "We live by faith, not by sight".

La oración está contruida un poquito rara, pero creo que el "it" refiere a la propia fe. O sea, el sujeto de la oración es "la fe".

Diría: "La fe que se basa en ver, necesita seguir viendo..."

La primera opción que te doy es más literal, las otras dos un poco más libres, pero es un intento por transmitir el concepto.
Te agrego una más al final, también literal.
