English term or phrase: water basin
This is from a set of instructions to be followed by the altar guild (Episcopal church). The text reads as follows: "A guest priest may ask for a lavabo (water basin) and a towel as well".
Can I simply stick with the word "lavabo" for the Spanish translation (in other words, don't translate it)?
Document will be read by Guatemalans and Mexicans.

Notes to answerer
Asker: ¡Gracias Rosa! Roy
