English term or phrase: Travel box

I just got through looking at 34 pages of glossary and could not find the terminology. The travel box is a container with a cruet of consecrated wine, wafers and linens. It is used to take communion to parishioners who are sick, gave birth, an emergency,etc. so who can't attend services in person. Ayudadme! Mil gracias....
