I can't understand what ·shelf developed" means.

It is a survey and says: "Shelf inventory: a) % amount sold / % shelf developed, b) % turnover / % shelf developed c) % margin / % shelf developed"

I am really guessing. It seems to mean "what was left in the shelf", or maybe "what was originally in the shelf"

I'm not 100% on this one (maybe more like 30-40%), but couldn't this mean products created to be sold in high quantities at retailers, rather than special orders or some other category?

That is, that the product was developed to be sold on the shelves at stores? I would guess they might want to know what was the % of sales of the items they created to be sold "en masse", so to speak.
