Creo que no se trata del error de la medida sino en la expresión de la cifra a entregar, en la aproximación a utilizar.
No se trata del error de lectura. En este caso particular, se debe pagar por el valor exacto que no siempre coincide con el dato preciso. Recordemos que en la teoría de los errores, las lecturas pueden ser
1.- precisas y exactas.
2.- precisas y no exactas.
3.- no precisas y exactas,
4.- no precisas y no exactas.
Para que fuera válido el concepto de error en la lectura, se debería expresar como +/- 1 kWh y no lo está.
Ejemplos,
Consumo registrado.... 8372.783 KW/h, el resultado se informará redondeando a 1KW/h, es decir 8373 KW/h.
Si fuera 8372.115 se informaría 8372 KW/h
Si fuera 0.674 KW/h, se informaría 1KW/h.
Si fuera 0.331 KW/h se informaría
