Mi instinto me dice que use "estadismo" para "statesmanship", pero la RAE me dice que no existe, y la opción de "arte de gobernar" no dice mucho, creo yo, en comparación con la riqueza del inglés "statesmanship."
En todo caso, con el nombre que tiene al señor a quien estás citando, te sugiero que lo busques en castellano, porque seguramente lo dijo en ese idioma primero.
