Explanation:
I really do believe in this context the word "banter" has been misused. As often happens in business language, an expression is used and only half-understand ("verbiage" for "wording," "sea change" for "complete change," etc.) This expression simply refers to the ability to converse with others to demontrate various opposing points of view. I don't see how banter could possible enter into this in any kind of formal situation. I wouldn't bother to try and render it into Spanish--the expression is incorrectly used in English.

I would say it like this: ¿Sería usted capaz de presentar la potencialidad de perspectivas opuestas en las conversaciones con otros?

otro vocablo de difícil traducción, ya que además de su significado general good humoured ridicule, "banter", según el OED— también remite a la prácticade una especie de juego discursivo o burla cortesana propia de los wits o libertinosde la época), lo que le lleva a confundir (y por tanto misconstrue más que construe)

Es una especie de "lluvia de ideas" de hablar para que "salgan" ideas, sin ser hiper racional.

Otro término sería " debatir no académicamente"
