Hola Mª Virginia,

En este caso, dudo que haya un término acuñado y reconocible. Puesto que es para un público hispano en EEUU, es posible incluso que a alguno le suene el término en inglés. Yo mantendría ese término y agregaría una pequeña aclaración. Por lo demás, pienso que el texto lo aclara lo suficiente.
