Explanation:
...siempre que la alternativa sea no ser concebido jamás (el niño).

Aprobado el principio.

O sea que no importa el sufrimiento que tenga que soportar; es preferible vivir así que no tener vida jamás.

No opino no mismo pero eso dice.

Con un poco de creatividad seguramente se puede expresar mejor.
