La Administración del Seguro Social le envia un "disability kit" a las personas cuando hacen una cita para solicitar beneficios de incapacidad. El "kit" contiene información importante, un formulario y una lista de lo que necesitará para solicitar beneficios de incapacidad. Los "kits" en inglés son "Adult Disability Kit" y "Child Disability Kit". ¿Cómo lo traduzco?

The Social Security Administration sends people a "disability kit" when they make an appointment to apply for disability benefits. The kit contains a factsheet, a worksheet and a list of the items they will need. In English they are called "Adult Disability Kit" and "Child Disability Kit"; how can I say this in Spanish?

Hi,
These are just two options. The idea of "kit" is not easy to translate into Spanish, and I would skip it if possible (and if "information" is enough), or else I would try to find out another way to describe it, like carpeta (carpeta para adultos/niños con discapacidad). "Con discapacidades" would also work.
