Hola, estoy traduciendo un texto sobre artes marciales mixtas, y no sé cómo poner "back to the masses":

Por contexto, puedo inferir que ese movimiento en falso le hace perder, pero quería ver sugerencias.

creo que plantea como positivo el hecho de que el underdog se convierte en champion si gana y por el contrario, que el champion vuelve a ser uno de tantos si pierde
