Spanish translation:burpee (búrpi)
Explanation:
Hi Beatriz, an up-down is the same as a burpee, see my references below. I found an explanation in Spanish in wikipedia where 'búrpi' is used in brackets, but I think that is just a pronunciation guide. From what I can gather the English term 'burpee' seems to be used in Spanish.

El Test de Burpee (búrpi) es un ejercicio físico calisténico para medir la resistencia anaeróbica.

Desarrollo [editar]El atleta realiza el siguiente ejercicio el mayor número de veces posibles en un minuto. El ejercicio consta de cinco posiciones:

de pie, con los brazos colgando.
flexionar ambas piernas hasta quedar agachado.
apoyar ambas manos en el suelo, y extender una pierna hacia atrás.
volver a la posición agachada.
ponerse de pie.
El resultado del test se puede comprobar en una tabla con la baremación correspondiente.
