I am thinking of a translation such as "...al reprogramar su mente y su cuerpo".

Sin embargo, me gustaría conocer sus ideas sobre esta cuestión de "re-set the button of the mind... ¡Mil gracias!

Explanation:
tu traducción me parece bien, ¿pero por qué no la traducción literal? El concepto de la "tecla de reinicio" (que no de reset o de reinicialización, ambos términos no contemplados por el DRAE) del ordenador me parece muy acertado: reiniciar es partir de cero y me gusta la idea!!!
