'Interruptor termomagnético bipolar'
Explanation:
Just a clue:
Seems like a bipolar circuit 'breaker' or thermo-magnetic switch, a type of circuit-protectors that opens by means of a magnetic pulse, rather than heat. I would translate:
'Interruptor termomagnético bipolar' or 'breaker' bipolar.
['breaker' is universally accepted].

disyuntor magnetotérmico bipolar amp

Explanation:

Explanation:
Of course amp. refers to "Ampère" but... Is it possible that there is something missing in your phrase?
For example I found:
magnetotérmico bipolar de 10 A [A=amperio]
at: www.camba.com/domo/neum.htm
or:
40 Amp. de magnetotérmico
at: www.ballero.com/WeldCut/weldcut.html
