Explanation:
He encontrado estas dos versiones: directores de relaciones de campo" y "directores de relaciones sobre el terreno", aunque nunca las he visto anunciadas. También me suena mucho"in situ" pero no tengo más referencias que mi memoria. La versión más cruda sería: "Directores o Jefes de ventas" (field sales manager), que así se decía antes de la Gran Revolución Eufemística del Capital. Y también, que la he visto muchas veces: "Directores (o jefes) de Relaciones Públicas", y yo me quedaría con ésta si no fuera por el asunto in situ. Resultado final particular: Jefes (o Directores) de Relaciones Públicas de Campo. Suerte :)
