renuncia de subrogación o... renuncia al derecho de subrogación Explanation: Subrogation is the right of a insurance company to get reimbursed for payments made on behalf of an insured. For instance, I have health insurance that pays for my medical treatment; however, I get involved in an automobile accident and the person causing the accident is ultimately responsible for the payment of my medical bills. If my health insurance pays for my bills, then, they have the right to subrogate to the person (or the automobile insurance) that caused the accident. Hope it helps. Saludos.
