Finger grip en general es algo que sirve para agarrar y que a su vez, uno agarra con los dedos. Creo que lo mas cercano en espanol es tirador.

Explanation:
Finger grips son esas "zonas" texturizadas y generalmente de hule que tienen muchos instrumentos manuales. Un ejemplo de finger grip muy obvio es esa sección texturizada de goma negra en la punta los bolígrafos puesta ahí para que los dedos no resbalen. No conozco la traducción y en este caso yo más bien usaría una descripción o un término acorde según el contexto.
