Anyways, "micra" is used in Spanish a lot more often than "micrón", although the latter is perfectly acceptable.

Lo más probable es que el filtro tenga sólo un elemento.
Filtro es todo el conjunto, y "element" o "insert" o "cartridge" es el cartucho interior filtrante (lo que se cambia cuando se ensucia, en una palabra).

Mi sugerencia es:
