me suena más bien a que están hablando de arrancar algo, de echarlo a andar.

Asegúrese que el arrancador /arranque con aislante que conecta el/la...
aislado no me gusta porque suena a que está aislado o separado de lo demás y no es el caso porque el conector tiene una capa aislante protectora.
