Explanation: Sin embargo, a la luz de que en el Simon & Schuster bilingüe la sexta acepción de "to sweep" es "cubrir, abarcar, recorrer, pasar sobre", que también cabría usar en la traducción, el español "barrer / barrido" solo se justificaría, me parece, si hubiera algo que barrer o a ser barrido.
