elementos fijos integrados Explanation: Hola. "Devices" may be various things: elementos, sistemas, piezas, herramientas, componentes, dispositivos,..., the lot really. For a more specific instance (on "screws"), link 1 talks of: "... cuando dos piezas de equipo se ... fija. Tornillos Fijos de Montaje... como IGBT integrados en ... Simple calibración." Collins defines "fixture" as "permanent feature" (elemento fijo). That "in-" goes for "integrado" or "incorporado". Searches in Google give all sorts of possibilities, rather confusing. I think that "in-" is quite redundant, as "fixture" (fixed feature?) already implies the device ain't external. So, if you really want to be litteral then you may go for "fijos integrados" and take your pick for "features". The phrase sounds loose enough for you to have room to roam, context permitting of course. Cheery Xmas :)) Reference: http://www.editores-srl.com/info/nyp/ic/44b.html Collins |
