See below, Explanation: When I studied Chemistry in the Bachillerato (so many years ago), the word "ohm" was translated as "ohmio". So I would suggest "megaohmiómetro". |

megohmiómetro Explanation: All the above translators are wrong (some of them only just...) The definite answer (from Simon & Schuster's International Spanish Dictionary) is: megohmiómetro (Megohm = megohmio, so just add -metro to make megohmmeter, but it must also take an accent on the 2nd O for the correct pronunciation.) By the way, here at TXHK (Translation Experts, Hong Kong) we strongly recommend Simon & Schuster's International Spanish Dictionary (ISBN 0-671-21507-8, about 1600 pages) for translating technical terminology to or from Spanish.
