ver explicación Explanation: Del Black's Law Dictionary, en el punto "Bankruptcy Proceedings": Involuntary proceedings: Creditors of an insolvent debtor may initiate proceedings under the Bankruptcy COde, thereby in effect forcing the the debtor into bankruptcy. Tu texto se refiere probablemente a la imposibilidad de rechazar un pedido de quiebra. En el derecho argentino se establece la diferencia entre "quiebra propia", la que pide uno mismo, y "pedido de quiebra o quiebra pedida", cuando te la pide un acreedor. Te paso un ejemplo de Paraguay, con un uso similar: "Juez rechazó pedido de quiebra contra Carísimo" Espero que te sirva de ayuda.
