I think CEO is "Comprehensive Electronic Office", but does anyone know its translation?

Particularmente en el contexto de empresas de tecnología, se usa mucho la sigla CEO directamente en inglés. En efecto, es "Chief Executive Officer". Y coincido con PB, el presidente se entiende generalmente que es el presidente del directorio.
