Traditional Factory Floor = Piso de una fábrica Explanation: This is the most widely-used word. It is almost synonimous of 'área de fabricación' but the word 'fabricación' implies that there is equipment in the area. Some factories don´t have any special equipment on the 'floor', they just have people performing their work manually on tables or some very simple conveyors.
