Dani, are you sure it is about TV networks? It might be possible, but I always see it referring to wireless computer networks. They have 802.11a, g, and now g. But regardless, and without the rest of the context, I would translate the phrase as "redes 802.11b". Buena suerte y feliz domingo!

IEEE 802.11 is the wireless local area network standard (WLAN). Within it there are several variations. Currently 801.11b operates at 2.4GHz wit speeds up to 11Mbps over distances up to 160 meters outdoors (unobstructed) and 50 meters indoors (ideal conditions).
