Starting Materials
Standard

Starting Materials can only be purchased from approved suppliers, and the site must have documentation showing those approved suppliers.

All starting materials must be purchased according to a written specification which has been agreed to by the supplier.

All starting materials receipts should be in good condition upon receipt, with all containers intact, clean, and clearly identified.

All incoming materials will be checked and appropriately controlled prior to use.

Samples must be taken in an environment to minimize the possibility of cross-contamination.

On those occasions where microbiological samples are required, sterile sampling equipment and containers must be used.

The sample containers must be labeled.

Any material which has passed its expiration or retest date is either re-sampled and re-analyzed prior to use (according to established procedures )or disposed.

There must be a system in place to track lot numbers of bulk materials.

All materials must be identified.

All materials should be stored under the appropriate environmental conditions.

All treated process water produced within the facility must be handled in the same way as all other starting materials.

Printed packaging material must be stored in a separate area and in a manner which prevents labels for different products, strengths, or quantities from becoming mixed and causing errors in production.

Where process aides must be used, they must be on an approved grade and type.

Explanation:
Me llama la atención, como a varios, la longitud de varias preguntas de hoy. Pero en cuanto al nombre, y tal como me lo ha hecho notar Pilar, creo que puede ser un error del sistema, pues la mayoría de las consultas aparece sin el nombre.

De todas maneras, deseo aclarar que no estoy de acuerdo con la acotación de Clarisa.

Sobre los anónimos...


Explanation:
Desde que cambiaron el sistema de evaluación de KudoZ (peer grading), los nombres de las personas que solicitan ayuda SÓLO aparecen si no se han identificado como usuarios del sitio Web. Si es un Pro es que realiza la pregunta, aparece exclusivamente la foto si la tiene, pero si no tiene foto aparece sin nombre, sin identificar. Lo podéis ver en las preguntas que se han hecho últimamente, gente conocida que aparece con foto y sin nombre. Quizá al tocar la programación para modificar la programación para alterar la evaluación, se ha eliminado sin querer la línea referente a los nombres de los Pros, o se ha eliminado un parámetro y ya no funciona...

Los anónimos son Pros sin foto.

Todo material cuya fecha de vencimiento o de re-análisis ha expirado debe ser muestreado y analizado nuevamente previo a su uso ( de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos ) o descartado


De acuerdo a GMP ( good manufacturing practises )se deben re-analizar todas las materias primas una vez que pasa su fecha de vencimiento ( ya sea la fecha de vencimiento del análisis ( re-análisis ) o la fecha de vencimiento de la materia prima( es importante que enumeres las dos ), con lo cual se pueden hacer 2 cosas :a) obtener una nueva muestra de dicha materia prima para volver a efectuar el análisis ( re-análisis ).
b) descartar la materia prima ( lo que comunmente se conoce en la industria farmacéutica como rechazo de la materia prima )
