You give so little context it's difficult to DEVINE exactly what is being referred to.

Tumbler dryer = secadora de ropa" which usually blows heated or hot air [like some people I know:-)]. If this is the case, then I suggest you translate: "por el aire soplado hacia afuera".

Another meaning could be that the machine shorted out, or had a fuse blow- out, in which case it would be something like: "por los fusibles de la secadora que se fundieron".
