Resultando que siendo las 11,30 horas del día 15 de diciembre de 1998, y a instancia de la citada denuncia, por personal técnico de esta Dirección Territorial, ha sido verificado en Arqueta de Contador sito en calle Fontanales, 53, el contador marca Contagua, tipo DNN, clase B, Qn: 0,6 m3/h; calibre 7 m/m, número de serie 98607772, año de fabricación 1998, con precinto de verificación primitiva, y con lecturas, inicial, de 90,810 m3, y final de 90,959 m3, con volumen pasado de 50 litros, y en presencia de Dña. Juana Batista, en representación del abonado D. Pedro González Martín resulta que dicho contador de agua funciona con error de -2% (error máximo tolerado Qt ³ Q ³ Qmax = ± 2%).
