English term or phrase: Pail, spout, lift and cap
Context: Plastic drums and pails

"The features of the pail include a tear-off tab, a pull-out spout with a double seal, a further lift and break tag, an unscrewable cap and then a pull ring to break the diaphram seal"

pail = cubeta?
pull-out spout = ???
lift = elevación?
unscrewable cap = ???
pull ring = ???

Gracias!

Explanation:
Pail: cubo, balde
Spout: tube through which something is poured, drainpipe. Pull-out: extraíble.
Unscrewable cap: tapa, tapadera, cubierta desenroscable.

recipiente, espita extraible,

Explanation:
I agree with Jorge, but here's another term:
Pail = recipiente
Pull-out spout = espita extraible
Lift = Levantar y romper etiqueta
Unscrewable cap = tapón desenroscable
Pull ring = Tirar de la anilla
Just a guess, Hope I've helped.
Lyssy :-)
