lo que se nombra, lo que se llama
I agree with translater above in translating it to "lo que se llama". To term something is to establish this as a term in this context, i.e. it is not a commonly used term, it is being introduced as a term for the first time, or it is not very common and this explanation is required in order to avoid confusion.
